The hotel rooms offer a comfortable stay with a little tired feel, overlooking the river for a lovely daytime view and fantastic sight of the Kuching waterfront. The service was a mix of not being polite or helpful and being very accommodating. The location is excellent for walking to tourist areas and enjoying local restaurants. The dining experience is good, with a variety of meal options, but lacking wholemeal bread. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious offering a breathtaking view of the river and state parliament. The service was impeccable, especially the housekeeping staff who were lovely and professional. The location couldn't be better, right across from the Sarawak River waterfront, providing easy access to all the city has to offer. The dining experience was delightful with a great variety of options. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
